Extreme fire Panther
Project home page: http://extreme-fire.com/SW-PANTHER.html
This mosfet is a bit expensive, but has a lot of cool features:
- active braking – my ICS has spring release, and I did not use it, since I installed Panteher. Spring was simply never partly compressed after single fire.
- 3 burst mode – this one is tricky. I wanted a short trigger pull to release 3 burst, but if you release it, it stops fireing. There is no way around this, since mosfet is not aware of fire selector position and uses duration of “shot” to figure out, what mode it’s on. So you need to press trigger for duration of at least 1.5 shot for him to realise, it’s in full auto mode. And it stops if you release trigger.
- rof decrease – usefull if you want to use some insane battery (like 11.2V 20C lipo)
and many more (check homepage).
You can also ask Terry (the guy that makes this mosfet) to give you alternative software that has better 3 burst support (still limited thou). It was written by Don from Canada, and his manual is here:

Both, Terry and Don, were very helpfull (in trying to get me understand limitations of 3burst mode).
